Welcome to Harvest2Home. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our
website, mobile applications, and services, including ordering, purchasing, and delivery of products. By
using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional
policies referenced herein. Please read them carefully.
Note: All the Terms & Conditions are subject to official approval of the board of
Samanvaya Small & Medium Enterprise (SSME) and Neospring Agro Vet Farmers
Producer Company in association with Samanvaya Trust, and subsequent changes
are binding on the customers and members.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to Samanvaya Small & Medium Enterprise
(SSME), and ‘you’ refers to the user, customer, or visitor. ‘Products’ include goods sold on
Harvest2Home.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete
information when creating an account and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for
all activities under your account.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You will not engage
in fraudulent activities, interfere with site functionality, violate intellectual property, or upload harmful
content.
4. Product Information, Pricing & Availability
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices, taxes, and availability. However,
errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if
information is inaccurate (including after submission) without liability beyond refunding payments
received.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the product(s) or otherwise
confirm acceptance in writing. We may reject or cancel orders for reasons including product
unavailability, payment issues, address verification, or suspected fraud.
6. Payments

transactions may be subject to verification and anti-fraud checks.
7. Taxes & Fees
Prices shown are exclusive/inclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for
applicable taxes, duties, handling, and shipping charges, which will be displayed prior to order
confirmation.
8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes
to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon handover to the carrier where applicable. Please
inspect deliveries upon receipt and report issues promptly.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our returns and refunds policy is available on the website. To be eligible, products must be unused and
in original condition unless defective. Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personalized products,
intimate apparel) may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Refunds are processed to the
original payment method subject to inspection and approval.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
Except where expressly stated, products are provided ‘as is’ without warranties, express or implied,
including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Manufacturer warranties
may apply as specified with the product.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in
question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost
profits, business interruption, or data loss.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Harvest2Home platform including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is our
property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or
distribute content without prior written consent.
13. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
license to use, reproduce, and display such content. You represent that you have the necessary rights

You represent that you are not subject to sanctions and that your use of the platform complies with
export control laws. You agree not to purchase or ship products to restricted destinations or for
prohibited uses.
18. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including
acts of God, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, epidemic/pandemic, government actions, or failures
of suppliers or carriers.
19. Communications & Consent
You agree to receive transactional communications related to orders and may opt in to marketing
communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time without affecting transactional messages.
20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka). Any disputes shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts therein. You agree to attempt informal
resolution by contacting us at sumangala@samanvayagroup.org before initiating formal proceedings.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the website with the
effective date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated
Terms.
22. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our
outside India, additional rights may apply under local laws.
